Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Investor and the Company regarding investments in the Amazon Online Arbitrage business operated by the Game of Amazon. By investing in the Company, the Investor agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Investment: The Investor agrees to invest a certain sum of money in the Company’s Amazon Online Arbitrage business. The investment will be used for purchasing inventory and other related expenses.
Returns: The Company will use reasonable efforts to generate profits from the Amazon Online Arbitrage business. The Investor will receive a portion of the profits generated by the business in proportion to their investment. The Company will make efforts to distribute the returns on a regular basis, but there is no guarantee on the frequency or amount of returns(Mean no fix amount Profit).
Risk: The Investor acknowledges that the investment in the Company’s Amazon Online Arbitrage business carries a very low amount of risk, but investor will not go into the Negative it will be the guarantee of our company. But if somehow we got negative our team will try to compensate that amount in our next month term.
Confidentiality: The Investor agrees to keep confidential all information provided by the Company regarding the Amazon Online Arbitrage business. The Investor will not disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
End of Agreement: Every Investor has to inform minimum 3months before taking back his/her investment so that we grab all the money invested in the market.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Investor and the Company regarding the investment in the Amazon Online Arbitrage business and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be enforced.
Waiver: The failure of the Company to enforce any rights or provisions in these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions.
Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
